Photoshop request please - Olympic rings removing

I don't have Photoshop and although I've tried to do this with the software I have, I've not been very successful.

I need to use this image but unfortunately there are very tight controls on the use of the Olympic rings.

Please can someone remove the rings from both the ribbon and the medal itself for me.

In fact I'll bet everything on that medal is restricted.

Permission for everything else has been given, it's just the rings I'm not allowed to use.
