i have been given the task of modifying and image for a work colleagues leaving presentation

i would like a goatee like the guy retiring has:




adding to the child in the below image:



i also have a few others to do but i should be ok with those.

OP fails, that is not a goatee beard in the first picture it is in fact just a beard, a goatee os something entirely different.

i am aware of this but he currently has a goatee, and has fo the past few years, i dont have a current image to upload so this is the best i could find of his beard hair.
