photoshop request

Hi

Would anyone be able to help me with a picture of my son.

It has a crap background and i want to use the photo for an invite.

Would anyone be able to blur the background or what ever magic you do.

I would post in GD but yo know how them threads go.

I'm not familiar with Photoshop and I don't have the latest version. I believe others can do it better.

Quick and dirty edit on my work laptop.
Haven't blurred out the background as it can look too fake and in itself draw the eye away from the subject which is exactly the point of bokeh.
