I see the problem right there. You strayed from the path of default blue and this is what happens.

The default blue gives me raging headaches and eyestrain. Besides, I don't think it's the theme to blame as the image doesn't open if I use the 'Open image in new tab' option either.

It's only images linked from googleusercontent.com that don't show too.

Maybe it needs you to be signed in to a google account.

I'll let you try it out. I'm ok with not seeing an image if it requires that.
