My sister would like this photo edited so the dog is wearing a powdered wig in the style of Johann Sebastian Bach.

She would also appreciate it if the background could be cleaned up (e.g. remove dirt from the walls and door).

I had to disable my ad blocker to be able to see that image, why is the domain being blocked by the oisd ad blocking database (which pretty much guarantees no false positives)?

No idea, the domain is catbox.moe which I've always found reliable. It doesn't trigger my adblocker.

Massive picture and 24" screen means I'm having to scroll to see either end of the pic. I can't see what's different.

With the really subtle ones I sometimes find it easier to spot by moving my face in and out, kind of like a magic eye pic, if you remember those.
