looking for a PS rig about £500, i dont need a case, monitors etc just need the meat so to speak.

i know some will argue that on board graphics is fine for PS but it does benefit from have graphics acceleration no matter how pants the graphics card is.
 
Can't spec properly as i'm on my PS3, but my PC ran PS very well and I was using a triple-core with 8GB ram and a 8400GS, the only time the graphics card came into proper use was when I used the 3D tools. I think something along the lines of a AMD 8-Core & 16GB RAM should be more than sufficient.
