Photoshop script for border creation

Hi guys,
I used to frequent this forum a lot, it's nice to be back to be honest!

Quite a while ago a member posted a link to a photoshop script which basically duplicated the image, blurred it then layered a smaller version on top with a white stroke blend. It was an incredibly nice bordering script but since getting my new laptop I have been without it. I was wondering if anyone here could remember what I'm going on about and maybe knew where I could find it.

I'm sure it was written by a member of this forum and was probably on the sticky at one point.

this was the kind of thing i meant. I made the action myself in cs3 after some playing about and working out how in the end. Thanks anyway though guys
