I want to add rounded corners to a rectangle image. Now I imagined that i would draw over the image with a rounded rectangle tool and use some "cut" command but can't seem to do it.

Any help?

Edit: Read the question wrong.

You could use the 'Rectangle Marquee Tool' change the 'Feather' until you've got the corners perfect. Then you can cut, copy to a layer, trim or whatever you like.

Use the rounded rectangle tool, draw over the image, the right click -> make selection. Press CTRL+C and open a new document (CTRL+N) and paste (CTRL+V). :)
