Photoshop - Sometimes its down to experimentation!

I would crop out the foreground, otherwise I like what you've done with it. I can see you've tried to integrate the path on the right into the frame but it just doesn't work as the turbines are clearly the main focal point.

Maybe bring out the whites slightly and increase the exposure a tad too.

Well its a step forward. From blown out sky (over exposure) to a whole underexposed image. However you have details now and can be further tweaked. Nice to see your coping with Photoshop.
