photoshop text box help

Totally forgot how to do something simple in photoshop.
For text you used to be able to select how big you want the box to be, and the font used to adjust to this.
Transform seems to squash/pull etc the text.

What am I missing?

That be Paragraph Text ye' be wantin'.

Click, hold and drag using the Type tool to create a paragraph box.

Or convert existing Point Text to Paragraph Text using Layer > Type > Convert To Paragraph Text.

I remembered the click and drag so copied everything over, wasn't sure how to convert it.
