Photoshop tutorial videos for kids

My daughter (11yrs) has just started to take a keen interest in Photoshop after using it at school and would like to learn more. My knowledge of it is ok but mainly geared toward photo re-touching rather than image creation or anything else.

I've been looking for a set of video tutorials she can follow but there are just so many out there on the web/youtube etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations to bring her up to speed with the basics and simple concepts?
