Right guys ignore what is on the top but its the background im interested in. I made this website logo last night using photoshop, now i like the way the background colours are done, but for the life of me I cant remember how i did it. I remember there being some sort of extendable line that made a difference as to when the colour fade came in. I have tried all i can think of but just cant seem to do it again. Anyone know how i did it??

Thanks.

Gradient fill.

Dragged left to right, with left colour as white and right colour as blue (or you had those colours as foreground and background)

If you go to the left hand side in the tools bar, their is a paint bucket tool, if you hover over that and keep your mouse clicked on it, you'll see the gradient tool come up.

Click that, select your 2 background colours, same as in above image (use eyedropper tool if necassery) then click your image.
A line will appear, move/drag around the line to get the desired effect.
