Photoshopping SFF Help Please

Hi Guys
Hope I'm in the right section - I'm looking at putting together a SFF set up, mostly to run PS5, LR4 and similar with a bit of browsing and the occasional game thrown in.
I have my os, monitor, hdd, odd, keyboard and mouse. Due to space restrictions I would prefer a vesa mount case so I can shove it on the back of the monitor. My budget is £250 tops, so far I've come up with this;

Yes, my odd is a slim one.
Couple of questions about your suggestions;
1 would the case need any fans?
2 what is the difference in performance between the RAM you suggested and the one I had? (Honest question as the numbers mean very little to me!)

Awesome times.

The case shouldn't need any fans. Won't get hot enough.

Both the ram you and I soecced are perfect. Both are fast, which helps the apu's igpu. The only real difference is the one I specced is specced profile though it doesn't matter. Whatever is cheapest will be best.
