Hi guys...

I currently have an iPhone and iPad, and also a MBA. For my photography library I use Lightroom, and think its superb but I am liking the shared philosophy of the iCloud way of doing things so...

Do I have to switch to Aperture - and how well does it integrate?

and

What happens if the devices run out of space, I only have 16gb on each iOS device?

Thanks folks :)

So, bought aperture (no trial available anymore) and...

Its not in the same league as Lightroom :(

Honestly, I don't see how people even compare the two - I will persevere and maybe a lot of the features are hidden away but as it stands the interface, the quality of the edits and the way the library is organised isn't even a patch on Adobe's offering.

I'd like to be wrong since I like the iCloud stuff, but, I don't think I am - What do you guys think?

I'm also confused, still not sure how it all works and whether it is something to be relied upon tbh...

Anyone got some decent experience that can shed some light?

Looks like Aperture 3 just downloads images to your local drive and any edits aren't automatically applied back to the cloud.

You can probably point Lightroom at your photo stream folder and do the same thing?
