URGENT: PHP and MySQL for WordPress

Gentlemen and Ladies,

I'm wishing to make my own server to run a WordPress Weblog, please could you tell me what software I need to put onto my server to enable me to host a WordPress Weblog?

I've had a looksie at the Wordpress Website but I can't find anything about it!
