1. Basically I need a PHP base to design a website around. It has to be like PHP Nuke, but as that is full of security holes I was told to find something better.
It has to be free. Whats the best? (Im no noob when it comes to CSS and I can do a little PHP modification but the simpler the installation the better.
2. Is there anyway of using something like PayPal to have automatic downloads?
Eg. If Person A wants File 918, they pay £1 through PayPal and they get instant access to the file when the payment is cleared. Is this possible for free or little money or does it have to be done manually?
