Are there any templates I can get for a PHP contact form with validation?

What sort of validation are you looking for? I've got a couple of self-written ones that are basic and probably terribly coded but do the trick.

Just so people can't put in blank spaces and have to have some form of email address.

Free, easy to integrate into your webpages and works very well indeed, however only the Pro version has any form of CAPTCHA included.

Also take a look at http://www.jamesshuggins.com/h/hefs/huggins-email-form-script.htm. It is constantly getting updated, can be very simple but if you need a more complex form it can handle that too. Oh, and it's free and there is loads of help and a very comrephensive bit of documentation to go with it.

Just downloaded that out of curiosity.
