I have implemented a wordpress gallery plugin to my wordpress blog and basically it is a bit of a lazy gallery script and doesnt actually create the thumbnail or sized images but just displays them resized for that time, this means that going to and from the page you have to sometimes reload the thumbs.

there isnt a lot of code and i can code php but i have never really done image handling so if anyone could take a look at the code and give me some pointers on where i could change it to create and save the files or edit the code and send it back to me that would be great.
Yes i know the title of the gallery really suits me 'lazy' lol
