PHP / script issues

Is this error a setup error within the gallery2 software or a server side issue with
security.
I've had to wait five hours for my cgi account to be activated and now I'm greeted with this.

Execution of (gallery2/install/index.php) is not permitted for the following reason:


Script is not executable. Issue 'chmod 755 filename'

I think Phate was right... should have stuck with simpleviewer.

I'm being a tard... FTP uploaded everything non executable.
