phpBB Admin Users

Getting so much spam signup on a message board I've switched from User verification to Admin verification to stop people posting junk, but now I don't know where in the admin panel I go to say ok or nay to the new users?

Aha magic, yeah I thought I'd changed the email address for the admin but it was sending to the orginal so I was checking the wrong one.
