I've just installed phpBB and eveythings working ok apart from my Layout isn't the way i want it, I've seen other layouts using phpBB that i like but i can't duplicate what they are doing 
I'll use the Overclockers Forum as an example to try and explain what it is i want to do, as you can see OC first heading is HARDWARE and within that they have subheadings if that's the right description for them, such as General Hardware, CPU's etc then they move onto another Heading Apple Mac with subheadings again Mac Hardware, Mac Software.
When i tried to do something like this in phpBB this is what happened, where there should be a nice heading all mine says is Forum, Under that where my Subheadings should be are my main headings grrrrrrr and silly clickable text links beside the wording subforums. If i click on the heading it does open up and show the subforums but i want them to be seen always like OC have done without having to click on the heading or the appropriate subforum text link, I hope you understand this ok as i've found it hard to describe hehehehe
