As above is it worth having a dedicated Physics card I have one now and as there are no real games I play that use it, is it worth having ..

and b) My main card is the Asus GTX 460 with a eVGA 8800 GTS 512 as a physics card, problem I'm having is that, Asus smartdoctor will not work, comes up, 'Could not find graphic card information'?

I'm guessing its only seeing the evga card for some reason (have the 460 in slot 1 the 8800 is slot 4) Board is a the eVGA X58 Sli Le version with latest bios.

I get the feeling that system wants to show the 8800 GTS as the primary card, tho in games its the 460 being used.

Thoughts?

I've never seen the need for dedicated physics cards and if I was going to get one I'd probably chose a less power hungry card than the 8800GTS to be honest.

Think you answered your own question there. I played through Mirrors Edge & Batman with the 240 as dedicated physx and whilst it added some nice eye candy that was all it was. It's worth having so long as your existing card(s) support it, and it doesn't hurt your framerate.
