I was wanting to do something with my pc and was going to go crossfire as I have never done it before, but after reading an article about PhysX and how you can incorporate it with a ATI build I was intrigued. I am running a 2 gig 5870 atm.

Hmmm after reading that I am quite unsure. Its looks like a way to increase drive issues :s. Knew it would not be simple but it would seem you have to update three sets of drivers just to maintain. Thanks for the link :)

Yea...I think the Crossfire driver for the HD58xx series has enough 'potential' issues and problems as is...not sure if it is a good idea to throw a Physix card into the mix and further complicate things :D

I myself haven't bothered to toss my old 9800GTX+ 512MB into my PC as Physx card, because of there's only handful of games really use the feature, and it contribute to additional power consumption even if it is just idle in games that don't use it. I might however give it a go...if I ever get myself around to play Batman and Mirror Edge lol

Yeah I had a 9800gt and was thinking about getting another one to do this, only thing is, that card is as hot as the SUN! lol. Would not feel safe playing batman while I had a mini reactor next to my ATI :S Might do Nvid on next card. I am canny loyal to ATI because i never have problems with them.
