PhysX Cards and DX10 Questions.

Anyone bought one of those PhysX cards on the OCUK site, is it any good?
Does it just add stuff to any game or do they have to be specific games for it to add the extra physics into it?

Lastly, just out of interest will the current round of 7900's and equivalent be DX10 compatible or does that mean a whole new grapics card again?

I wasnt going to buy one of those PhysX cards, I cant even afford my next upgrade on my PC yet. Just sort of made me look when I read it so was just interested if anyone actually has one.

Am I to take it then that DX10 is a way off? I dont want to be going out buying some 7900's and then finding out DX10 will be released next month.
