These are the ones that (will) come with the (newest) graphics drivers. It's just if you want to update the physx bit only and leave the gpu drivers... I mean these just install into the nvidia cp it's not a standalone driver.

Anyways it's a fix for mirrors edge 1.01 as with physics enabled it crashed with the old physx driver.
