PhysX mult-screen setup question..

hi just a quick question, will the following work on standard dual x16 pci-e 2.0 motherboard,

1 x GTX260 powering 2 x displays (main GPU)

1 x 9800GT being used as a dedicated PhysX card also power 2 x displays (secondary GPU)

Basically I want to know if I can dedicate the 9800GT to do PhysX and use it to power 2 displays at the same time as I want to keep my 4 way display set-up and have dedicated PhysX.

I'm not sure about having multiple screens on the 9800, but I used to run a separate screen on my dedicated physx card - I can't see why your set-up would cause any problems
