Hi guys just wondering if anyone on here had any experience with PIC programmers and could reccomend me a programmer to program a PIC12F683

Well the datasheet says it supports ICSP so I'd use that.

I've used ICSP via a PICKit 2 USB programmer with PIC16F882s and PIC18F252s and found it to be very good.

You can get the PICKit 2 Starter Kit for £33 from a popular UK electronics seller (can't say who as they're probably a competitor).
