picard help

hi
im new to picard. when im sorting out my tracks once it finds the metadata it changes the track name. in the options it is set to default which is
%albumartist\%album\%album-%0num-%track
this makes my track come out like this
Curtis-05-I Get Money

what would i have to change it to get it to be like this
Track number-Artist name-trackname
as ive tried messing about with it but cant get it how i want
