pice.2 slowing system

i have just dropped the hammer on a second R9-280x. i have just found out my motherboard is 2 x pcie 2, when i though it was pcie 3.

with my spec in sig, with running 8x 8x pcie 2 badley slow my system.

I will be gonging lintel some time after November but for now do i need to get a new motherboard

with pcie 2 having reduced bandwidth should i use a crossfire bridge
