Picked up a LG OLED55B6V

Under 5 mins with a calibration tool and I know have this...... :)

Happy with that so far...Its still not quiet as good as the KS7000 for shadow detail and tbh I doubt it ever will be but miles better than it was....

Thank's, are these settings applied across all HDR sources Movies/games.

@MOOGLEYS what did you change to get it looking better?

Yeah tint G2 with the 2 point low green at -22 as apparently they push too much green, I think it helped. Until I get calibrated.
Not much can be changed in HDR but I find changing the brightness for each source helps a lot. Its a pain calibrating each source until auto source settings per content come into effect.
I just use ISF day/night with oled light at 55/85 for SDR.

I'm all set up now and happy with the settings. Kids have now taken over so I can watch and enjoy the picture and sound now. I get told off if I fiddle when they are watching...lol

I just tried some Netflix dolby vision content, my god its is stunning, compared to the KS7000 it really is much better.

One thing on Netflix all HDR content is showing Dolby vision, I cant find an HDR10 content, is it because the TV is dolby vision?

I have just set mine to what I think looks good. Gave up with settings they all looked wrong to me.....

My issues so far -

The TV cannot read ExFat file system

You cannot use wireless sound sync with game mode

Still some detail loss in darker scenes

No HDR from YouTube

Apart from them which tbh could be fixed with a firmware update the tv is fantastic. Would I say it's worth £600 more than my KS7000 nope not a chance although I did also get the SH7 soundbar which tbh I'm really impressed with.

It's a great tv and I will be keeping this one and the KS is for sale...

Ive gone with AVF settings as they are pretty much default anyway only I think Im going to up the oled light from 28 to about 40 as it seems a bit dark in some scenes.

By the way I tried some netflix dolby vision content Chefs table looks stunning and crystal clear, then watched some Iron Fist and although its a decent picture its very grainy, unsure if its how its meant to be.

I have the OLED light at 65 for non HDR viewing I like to see everything... lol

Some stuff has film grain so looks grainy even if it's 4K. I'm sure there was something in the box about a free months Netflix so I might give it a go....

Did you get the SH7 ?

Will have to test the oled light then, see what I like best, 28 seems way to dark.

SH7, is that a soundbar?

I got my b6 from JL price matched at £1645, already have a Yamaha soundbar.
