Went and bought this today for 5.2 from Widnes with DRZ in the Alpha. It's got the uprated (my arse) Sony HU, fully adjustable electric seats (not heated), climate, auto lights and electric folding mirrors. It's done 75k and has a full service history and has Michelin PS2's all round Don't know what to put in these so just ask - no you cannot know my financial situation

I do 18k+ a year and I could insure it for £900 (e36 318is = £2k, 106d = £750 for comparison) hence no 220, thanks for the comments Ive had help from people, they know who they are

I take it your circumstances have changed then as it was ITR tyme and now you has diesel. Not knocking it, as long as you do a decent amount of mileage to justify it over the V6.

was doing 5-6k a year and I lived on country lanes, back in Manchester now so a longer commute and just Urban all around
