howdy all. first time i've been in this forum i think. *waves*

anyhoo, my host of 2 years went kaputt the other day and so i'm on the lookout for a new place to put my website.

Having had a solid reliable and cheap host for two years, i've not been looking at any other packages - so i'm quite out of the loop so to speak.

My old host cost me around £35 a year, with a very flexible 5gb space limit and 5gb transfer, nameserver, pop3 email, plesk control panel. Now i know that was very cheap, and i'm not likely to get a deal as good as that - but i don't need one.

My space requirements hover around the 1-2gb kinda mark, and bandwidth rarely went the large side of 1gb/month.

I need a couple of SQL databases (could live with one.. i guess) ASP/ASP.net would be useful for dev work but is not needed, php is needed but that goes without saying nowadays eh.

Sooo, anyone help me out here - or point in the right direction so i can have a mooch about myself?

Thanks guys and gals.

cheers, i'm looking on that site at the mo. a lot of info to take in there though. am working on it :)
