I want to water cool my computer, but don't know what kit I should buy?

It is my first time water cooling but I would like to know what would be the best one for my computer. I just want to water cool my CPU for now then add my gfx card too the loop some other time. Can anyone help me choose a suitable cooling kit?

I am thinking holes in the back and top so you can mount a radiator ontop of the case. No doubt someone better than me will make me look silly though.

sounds like a plan, I have a fan ontop but it can only support a single 120mm radiator or do you think I should get a dual radiator and do the mod ?

Go for a dual rad, will be more than ample for your CPU and will take a GPU fine too. I ran my 2500k (not a hot CPU but clocked to 4.8Ghz @ 1.38V) and a 6950 (hot GPU running at 6970 shaders and overclocked on top of that) on a single 240mm rad for a while. Temps weren't amazingly low but more than satisfactory, especially as it's not a priority at the moment.

I have a 6950 right now it stays cool but the stock fan is too noisy for when I play games so this will help keep the noise to a minimum. What kit should I buy? I was looking at the ocuk v6 or maybe the v8?

I'd go for one of either the V8 or the XSPC kits. The XSPC have a marginally better block but the V8 has a better rad than the RS240 kit.

Thanks for the help will probably go for the XSPC one to start with then buy a new rad along with a gpu block:). It will be a lot modding though just for the rad to fit.

But I was thinking what if I use 2 single rads instead? One on the top then one at the back of the case. Or is that out of the question?
