Picking up german radio thru headphones

Something strange is happening ive just noticed a german woman talking thru my headphones, at 1st i thought it was beacuse of the net and picking up the radio thru that but switched the net off and stiff getting the greman lady talking, kind of fades in and out and no i dont have a tv card im my pc anyone have any ideas whats going on?

My PC speakers sometimes pick up foreign radio too. No idea why, maybe unshielded wires.

same here my creative pick up this loud german woman always going only been happening last 2 weeks

Ive got crappy wires going to my Sub from the PC. If I touch the metal back plate a radio station comes through clearly, but even when I don't touch it a station is playing faintly, cant really hear it where I sit though.
