PICO 4 problems with Virtual Desktop

I've had a Pico 4 for around 4 weeks and used it with Virtual Desktop with no issues until the last 24 hours. I launch VD, go in to MSFS and after short while the VR freezes then disconnects. The sim is still running on my PC.
If I try and relaunch VD, it starts to play the launch music then just black screen with the loading circle.
Has anyone got any ideas as to what might cause this?

Is it just doing it in MSFS or other VR titles.
Does the the VD app load with the wifi disconnected after a crash (to determine if it's the VD app or PC or MSFS)

Does the headset get hot before a crash?
No. Everything seems to be running fine then the image freezes. If the sim has stuttered previously I have still had audio in the P4 and it would reconnect.
However over the last day, it freezes, audio switches to PC and P4 either blacks out or just hangs. If I try and relaunch VD, I either get black screen with P4 circle and/or the launch music of VD then nothing.

Don't think your PC is the problem or that your settings are too high as the game keeps playing on your PC even after the crash. And as you say it worked fine for weeks at those settings. I would be surprised if it was a PC issue.

It could be your wireless connection losing signal. That's the most obvious thing. It freezes and disconnects is exactly what would happen if you lose connection. But that could be a problem with your Pico 4, the app or your router. It will be tough to narrow down.

What I suggest you do is turn your router off for a minute or two and turn it back on. Then reinstall the Virtual desktop app on your headset.

If that doesn't fix the issue, you should then try and reset the Pico 4 to factory defaults and set it up again.
