pico 4 ultra not charging

Pico 4 ultra not charging in the PC using the usb c cable what came with it and Syntech Link Cable 5m what i bought for it to last longer. When using the Syntech Link Cable 5m cable it doesnt charge but it also doesnt loose charge and stays the same. The only way i can get it to charge is if i plug the usb cable into a wall socket what has a usb c in it.

My PC is a x870e aorus elite wifi7 1.2, 5080RTX, 9800X3d The thing is my iphone charges using the usb c ports but not the pico 4 in usbc or 3.0 port

The only thing is that when i installed the ITE USB driver it did come up with "This programe might not have installed correctly message box. I have formatted the PC a couple of times and it still says that message everytime i install that driver. So could it be driver issues?.

Hey man, that sucks—Pico 4 Ultra charging issues from PC are common.
First, on the headset: Go to Settings > About > tap "Software version" 7x to unlock Developer options. Then Developer > Default USB configuration > set to "Charging" or "MTP (file transfer)". OTG mode blocks charging.
Your Syntech cable holds battery cuz PC USB power is low (~15W max), Pico wants PD 45W—wall socket delivers it fine.
Try rear USB4 Type-C ports on your X870E (they do PD). For ITE driver, run as admin/Win10 compat mode & ignore the warning—it's harmless often.
Test that & update?
