It turns out this is fairly old news, but for some reason I missed it until just recently. I thought I'd share my solution in case it's news for anyone else.

It goes without saying that this will mean you're tethered by a cable rather than enjoying the benefits of wireless VR, but it gets around wireless networking issues for PCVR streaming and keeps the headset charged.

I use this USB C hub with ethernet and PD: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DJ7KN2F2

That is connected to my network with an ethernet cable, obviously.

Connect a charger to the adapter (such as the one that came with your Pico 4), a powerful one will manage to keep my headset charged at 100% whilst in use which allows indefinite gaming.

I then use a USB C male-female, right-angled extension cable to connect the adapter to the headset: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007118179252.html

Turn off the WiFi in the headset, connect to your PC using either Pico Connect or Virtual Desktop and you've got a connection that is completely devoid of network lag.
