pico-itx does it support 1080p?

I am thinking of getting this

I heard that nano itx which can use a 1.3ghz chip can support 1080p

What about pico itx?

think you might be pushing it a bit, but possibly if you have the CPU doing no other jobs what-so-ever. I very much doubt it though. It's not so much the CPU power though, more whether the onboard graphics knows what it is looking at. Which again. I doubt. (I'm probably wrong)
