Hi all.

I know what I'm about to say is probably sacrilege to some folk, but I would still value folk folks opinions in this matter :P

Having lived in a TV-less house hold my girl friend recently purchased a cheap Pico-projector for watching films when we have guests round. (this for those curious http://ultimatereviews.co.uk/elephas-full-color-130-portable-led-pico-projector-800x480dpi-hdmi-interface-1000-lumens-for-home-theater-video-games-tv-movie-with-usbavsdvga-output-and-a-1-5m-hdmi-to-hdmi-cable-black/

Despite my doubts I have been pretty impressed by it but I am tempted to replace it with something a little more portable that has a battery and wireless options and if upgrading may as well try and improve picture quality as well (though I'm not too worried about this, as I find I don't notice the difference too much when engrossed in watching something). The device might also be used for a little gaming as I'm looking at building a SFF machine to power it from underneath the coffee table.

Three projectors have caught my eye though only one seems easily available, but I'm open to other options.
1) JmGo View: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/jmgo-view-projector-a-smart-tv-in-your-backpack#/ Makes some pretty big claims but seems to have everything I want wrapped up in a neat package, in theory offering a wireless set up along with decent battery life. Obvious problems are being unknown brand in the UK (reviews seem good of their other products though) and being unobtainable at the moment as far as I can see.

2) ZTE SPRO2: http://www.technobuffalo.com/reviews/zte-spro-2-review-do-you-really-need-a-smart-projector/
Smart function seems unnecessary and seems to be tricky to get hold of in this country, but seems to be folk importing them on the 2nd hand website.

3) Sony MP-CL1: http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/monitors-and-projectors/sony-mp-cl1-projector-1305173/review This one is the only manufacturer I'm familiar with and seems to be easier to get hold of than the other 2 as well as being a fair bit cheaper. Down sides to it are that it has a funny resolution of 1920X720 which would require a little more grunt from the device driving it, as well as weaker audio (with no blue tooth out, so would have to be hooked up to external speakers)

Thanks for any help folks can offer regarding these or other devices.

On a side note anyone have experience of wireless display technologies? These all support Miracast just wondering how well it performs and if there are any superior formats? I'm hoping the mount a SFF underneath the coffee table then to just be able to plonk the projector on the table when its charged and just switch it on with minimum of hassle faffing with cables.
