Hi everybody,

Is it possible to use a Pico PSU with the case as above?
I don't know much about these so would just like a bit of information if possible

Thanks

certainly would be. The picos are pretty robust, but need a stable 12volt to operate. I tried a few laptop bricks I had lying around and none of them worked. I bought a cheap a 60W brick and it burnt out because the optical drive sucked all the power on start up though.

I think I should warn people about this. My cheap 4quid power has started to play up....

I always had my doubts from the very start when I received this light as a feather power brick.

Anyway I've been running it 24/7 for the past 6 months and have noticed that now when the htpc is placed under load (cpu+gpu) the machine cuts out. Fortuately I caught this brick before it blew... Surprisingly full load is only 38W at the wall and the brick is rated at 60W.

Moral of the strory .... never skimp on the PSU
