Picture Software

I am after a free downloadable picture software program that i can use to crop, change, resize pictures etc. Any you can recommend? Thanks

Photofiltre. I use it for all my screenshots etc.

Indeed, a very nice program

loads in about a second too.

Edit: compared to GIMP anyway, i used to use that, also a V good program, shame about having to install GTK too.

Well, downloaded gimp. Trying to make a picture for the Signature area, 400 x 75 but no luck so far!!Anyone got a sstep by step using Gimp?

Photoshop is where its at though, but its a tad expensive!
