Hey

I spent about £100 at PieDog about a month ago, but unfortunately what i'd ordered was out of stock, so i sent an email to ask when it'd be in, they said 28th feb. I checked the site yesterday however and it appears to have gone bust!! I can't find any info on it though, they've sent out no emails or anything. Will I still get my order/money back? £100 is A LOT of money to me! :(

I don't have a credit card, it was on my debit card, so i don't know if I have any kind of insurance or anything with it :(

I'd be furious if I didn't get it back, they must have known they were going out of business yet took my money knowing I'd never get my order! I bought a £600 digital piano from them just 2 months ago, I'd have gone nuts if they'd have gone bust before delivering that.

Anyone know anything about administration? How likely is it that I'll get my order or my money back?

The title of the website is currently 'PieDog - Administration', however the site's been dead for at least a day now, and the competitors claim it's gone bust (rather cheakily an advert pops up when u search for piedog claiming that they've gone bust so you should buy with them instead!).

I can't seem to find anything out atm, their not answering phones (altho it is probably after closing time) and haven't had any reply from email. Do they have to inform the customers what's happening or will the company just disappear without a trace if it goes bust?

Grr, I just read someone got a letter from piedog saying that they've gone into liquidation, however I havn't recieved a letter and I can't get through to them. Infuriating, I had to save for weeks for that money, and it looks like I'm not getting it back :(
