Hi,
Several years ago I remember hearing that piezo cooling would soon be available for cpu use. Well, that was several years ago, so does such a thing exist now? I'm sure it must have been about the same time that water cooling was in its early stages

I did a quick search on here and nothing came up.

Quick google brings up a few pages, but nothing really that lends itself straight away to cpu cooling.

So, does it exist? (links please) Will it exist? Or did I dream it?

Or is it worth someone having a play with to try and develop it as there seem to be plenty of people on here that could try and develop that sort of thing.

EDIT TO ADD: I may have been thinking about thermocouple cooling or peltiers, but again, same questions, does it exist for cpu cooling?

OK, done a bit of research on peltiers and TEC, that may have been what I was originally thinking of, but it seems piezo cooling on small micro electronics is proven to work, without the hassles of peltiers, so is the piezo cooler something to help cpu cooling?
