Ok my Gigabyte 2070 super x3 windforce needs an 8 pin and a 6 pin power connector.

Now on my currant EVGA850 bronze PSU im using two seperate cables one for each power connector.

My new EVGA GQ 850 has several 6+2 connectors, all of which have piggy back connectors on the ends.

Now it must be OK to use these else why would they fit them, but what do you guys think, as I'm not sure.

Seperate cables if you have them always, if stuck with the single cable with two ends basically try it and see how it goes. BUT always using more than one cable from the PSU is always better for the PSU and the GPU and the cables as they may get hotter too.

So use two with the new PSU you have and don't use the second connectors on a single cable.
