The memory controller on both the Phenom II's and the FX chips supports upto a max speed of 1866mhz and unlike most other 990fx boards the Sabertooth doesn't support overclocking beyond those speeds.
However seeing as you are looking to get 1866mhz you shouldnt have a problem. The Sabertooth is a solid board.
Im currently running the Rev 1.0 edition with a Phenom 2 and I have 8gb (4x2) Crucial Ballistix sticks in there. They were sold at 1866mhz and all the reviews I read said they had a lot of headroom. But with the limitation's of the Memory Controller on the CPU and the board I managed to squeeze and extra 60mhz out of them.. they run at 1920mhz. I did manage the tighten the timings real well though, down to 8-8-8-24-42-1T.
You shouldn't have any problems getting the ram to run at 1866mhz and if you buy good sticks sold at this speed or higher will give you a lot of headroom in getting some tight timings.
