I saw this last night as a Secret Unlimited screening, and wish I'd walked out after the first 5 minutes. A lot of people did.

If you are a fan of Dominant/Subservient gay sexual relationships, and by subservient I mean I will treat you worse than my dog, then by all means give it a go.

Why Alexander Skarsgard would put his name to this BBC/BFI production is beyond me.

No redeeming features at all.

Well, he did serve in the Navy... and between snogging Pedro Pascal and hanging out at gay nightclubs, where he's pictured snogging everyone, he's pretty into the whole gay/bi representation thing. Straight or not, he's something of an icon in the gay community, and a lot of them are excited about the film... probably why they're the target audience.
