I don't think the supers far away so I've gone for a refund, hoping it was the headset, when it worked it was stunning.
I also did a fresh windows install, with only drivers, piplay and steam vr

Gigabyte aurous pro, I did swap dp ports(4090) can't remember how the rift s connects but I've only had quest 2 and pro.
That sucks. For what it's worth I've had none of those issues with my Light.
The only slight tracking gripe I have is that when aiming guns very precisely down the sights (eg in Alyx) then there is sometimes a very slight 'drift' that occurs to the sides with the aim. It seems quite random and is not all the time, so it's a bit annoying. Feels like the sort of thing that could be sorted with a software update though....

Yeah I think it's fixable with software and if it wasn't for the super id of got the lighthouse faceplate, but I don't want to buy something then not use because the super ends up being a unicorn
I remember having a nightmare with my G2 until I updated the bios and chipset drivers on an quite decent Asus board iirc and also turning off the power management of the usb port I seem to recall could be worth investigating if you haven't already?
I did a fresh windows install including bios update as last resort, I tend to ignore bios unless I have issues, cheers though

Since the DMAS speakers are always out of stock, and the SMAS are rubbish I'm doing a bit of cheap modding.
I ordered some KOSS Porta Pros off ebay with pre-modded MMCX connectors. Cost a total of £20!! Tried them out last night and jesus, they sound incredible.
Anyway, I'm hoping I can make up a small MMCX to JST-4Pin cable and use pimaxs audio cable behind the headstrap. I've got a trax headband on order which I hope I can tap into the top strap.
Hopefully it will look OEM.....maybe. Still, the speakers are awesome! Even better than the DMAS.

Sorry but if it's ready for shipment, then just ship it FFS. Why do you need to confirm order numbers, address etc. They already have all these details when you ordered it. Reeks of stalling tactics to me I'm afraid but I'd like to be proven wrong.
