it might be one the other 'supers' as there are 3 in the line up but I think they have only shown one so far unless I missed it

it says a 'new line' of headsets so I don't think another super sku but something different

Their "new" headset is nothing more than computer renders at the moment.
I'm still waiting for the 12K which was promised long ago (iirc Q1 2024 was the claimed release date), I bought an 8KX partly because it could be traded in for full value against the 12K. Will the 12K ever happen, will the trade in ever happen?
Many people bought 8KX's for this, but the more time that passes, the greater the chances these 8KX's will fail. I feel somewhat misled by Pimax over this. I don't think they're lying over developing the 12K (although specs were probably exaggerated), I do think they claimed a release date with the knowledge they'd never meet it so sales of 8KX's were maximized.
