Yo dawg.

Got myself a Phat PSP today preowned and it's a bit dirty with scrapes and stuff too. Is it easy to change the casing?

Also, essentials please? :p

The last PSP I had didn't get paid much attention as I was busy at the time.

That's different now though. I've got Vice City Stories and God Of War for it.

Plan to get Locoroco 2 and Patapon 2. Anything else?

All MGS games on the PSP were horrid IMO.

Tekken is a must for fighters.
Burnout Legends is probably the best PSP racer, brilliant game.
Phantasy Star Portable I enjoyed.
Virtua Tennis if you like it.
Power Stone Collection - Fighter that was on the Dreamcast - great game.
Gitaroo Man Lives, a music based game, remake of the original on PS2 for PSP.

I have so many more, just can't think of them off the top of my head.

Ok, you need 1 x Nintendo DS and 1 x roll of masking tape. I assume you can see where this is going, game while you game!

Patapon and God of War are imo the two best PSP games by far, go go go!

Not so sure on Final Fantasy. Haven't played one in ages and can't remember if I liked it or not. :p

Crisis Core isn't like other FF's, battle system is much more involving, you run around and actually press buttons so slash with your sword and evade attacks with sexy forward rolls lol.

If you like sports sims, World Championship snooker is worth a punt, also any of the recent Tiger Woods titles are good fun too.

First thing to do.

Get a 2GB Memory card. Connect to PSN. Download FF7. ;)

Then when you've completed it, go and buy Crisis Core and play that. :)

Both utter essentials for any PSP owner IMO.

What firmware? jk

Portable Ops wasn't too bad but I found Ac!d much more fun. I'm probably alone on this but I highly recommend it. God of War aswell!

Any suggestions on case replacement etc from anyone?? Any obvious difficulties/cons etc...?

I'm thinking of getting one myself before I go on holiday, wouldn't normally go second hand, but I quite like the idea of a custom one and it would be a bit silly to buy a new one and screw the warranty on the first day!!

Cheers :)
