Pimp Your Bimmer thread

This thread would be totally win if it wasn't for the vastly inferior non-BMW excuses for cars which have been posted.

I will now help raise the level of win.

more angles to come easyrider style*

It gets a :( and :) from me both at the same time!

:) for over a year of trouble free motoring but :( for not being as quick as I might sometimes desire (overtaking on motorway for one and not being 2 more cylinders and in sport model!)

You need new wheels mrk:p
Apart from that it is spot on. Nice job on the de-tango.

For the new wheels will be purchased soon enough! I need to make use of these tyres first and get them to low tread levels because in all honesty who is gonna buy these wheels eh :p I plan to just scrap them or throw then over someone's garden fence and leggit!!!

Aye the clear lenses makes so much difference :D

A 2-weekly coat of EGP ensures the paint remains nice and shiny all day regardless of weather (well discounting the odd bird poo ofc :()

The colour I really like, don't see many in this colour! I bet a set of slightly darker powder coated alloys (multispokes like the Alpina) would suit is nicely - what say you?

EGP?

Powder coated would be good, I know you're good with PS anyway so you should rustle up some shopped alloys and then decide. It's a great way of choosing the right alloys for your car, get to see what suits.

Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection :)

Used to put a coat of SRP before EGP though but later found it made no difference as the EGP did all the work anyway so stopped using SRP when it went empty!

I'll have to find a pic online of the car with the alloys I like and then take one of mine in the same angle and then faff around in photoshop I think ta!

Collinite 476S Wax for the durability and keeping the paintwork safe, won't give the shine that the EGP will but I go for practicality over looks ;)

SRP and EGP work very well on mine too :)
